This location damage my vehicle and then refused to take accountability:
I walked in with a window that cannot roll down, (but window clamp securely held window shut);
I walked out with that window loose in the door unable to hold itself up; the clamp was damaged by the tech.
When I asked for it to be restored to how it was when given into care of Wasatch Tire, a low quality fake repair was performed. When I asked again for it to be restored, I was ignored.

Full details ahead for complete context:
Brought in my car for emissions.
My driver's side window cannot roll itself down, the mechanisms/pulley system are worn/failed. The clamp that holds the window in place was working fine.
A handful of times since the pulley failed, and the window was accidentally rolled down by me or someone else, I could still work the window carefully so that it would close again, the window would remain tightly closed on its own.
In the process of the emission, the tech rolled down the window, and then tried to roll it up. Out of my sight their attempts to put the window back DAMAGED THE CLAMP such that it was loose in the window.
The tech informed me that they could not get the window up, I said, "Don't worry about it", as I assumed like previous times I could work the window back into place to be securely clamped shut. Only after bringing it home did I find that it was damaged while under the watch of Wasatch Tire.
Side note, yes, I did not consider that the tech would roll down the window. This could have been avoided on my end. Regardless, under the care of the tech, he performed unseen actions on my door after it failed to roll up -- to DAMAGE the clamp. Now I'm stuck with a loose window, making my car unsecure, that will be a costly repair. They could have consulted with me before attempting to force the mechanism/clamp; that's on them.
I got a text from Point S asking me to review service. I gave them the lowest score and James asked me to come in to look at it.
I did so a week or so later. I asked James for Point S to:
1. Restore the window to how it was when it was given into their care. Or at the least, lock the window in place such that it could not fall.
2. Nothing else. Not a big ask right?
James denied any fault because I did not inform the tech of the window defect. I agreed informing the tech would have been ideal. James agreed to work on it, and also offer for me to pay +$600 to fix the window completely, which I refused.
James proceeded to "band-aid" the window, by straightening out the seals and then wedging cardboard into the corners of the window.
This jimmy-rigged fix fell apart in a few hours. Completely worthless. I angrily asked again for them to restore the window, over text, to how it was when I handed my car over to them. I was and am extremely dissatisfied with the "fix".
I just want my window to be shut securely and when I have the money I will restore the window to full operation.
They have the capacity to take responsibly and return my vehicle to how it was when I handed it over, with little or no expense on their end, but they have so far refused.
K von, I’m sorry this situation has been frustrating. I do want to clarify that the vehicle was brought to us with a pre-existing failed window mechanism, which you also acknowledge in your review, and our team was not made aware of that condition before service began.
When you brought the vehicle back, we attempted to help secure the already-inoperative window and also provided an estimate for the proper repair, which you declined. While we clearly have a different understanding of what caused the window’s current condition, I take concerns about damage to a customer’s vehicle seriously and would be willing to discuss the situation with you directly.
Please contact me at 801-694-7936 so I can better understand your concerns and determine whether there is a reasonable path forward.
